Integrity Investments, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities located in Freeport , (Dixon and Sterling) IL.

To be considered for this position, the right candidate will have 2 years experience in any of the following: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general construction repairs. Prior experience in property or facility maintenance is a plus. Must have own transportation, valid driver's license and at least the basic tools for general repairs. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team and have strong communication skills. Must pass background check.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Performing and/or facilitating all general and preventative maintenance for the property including mechanical systems, common areas (interior and exterior) and apartment units.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly inspections of all areas of the Property
• Unit turn-over tasks including drywall repairs, appliance repairs, lighting and plumbing repairs
• Upkeep of the property grounds
• Maintain supply inventories for regularly used parts
• Completion of work-orders as assigned in a timely manner
• Completion of regular maintenance plans and schedules
• Answering after hours emergency calls and responding appropriately on a rotation.
• Other duties as required and directed by the Property Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
