We are looking for an experience accountant to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to analyze financial data accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in the field of accounting and develop their skills in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Provide customer service support to clients.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
