The person in this role will be responsible for but not be limited to managing and growing the sales and customer base in the Carolinas for Unilock. You will be joining a team that values safety and health, integrity, diversity, ideas and creative solutions. Must reside within the greater Charlotte region. What you'll do

  • Develop residential sales and customer relationships within a region consisting of Charlotte, NC; Asheville, NC; Columbia, SC; and Greenville, SC
  • Support commercial sales efforts with Unilock commercial sales teammates in the Carolinas
  • Prospect new accounts; distributors, contractors, landscape designers and architects to bring in new business
  • Manage existing accounts while adding new accounts
  • Train business partners to be successful selling Unilock products
  • Track all territory-based activities and submit daily sales reports electronically
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

 What you need to succeed

  • Must reside within the Charlotte region or nearby
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
  • College degree or equivalent work experience with focus on Business or Manufacturing
  • Must have an established track record of achieving sales results
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, business acumen, high sense of urgency, goal driven with a need to win attitude, and demonstrates commitment to providing excellent client service
  • The ideal candidate will possess effective oral and written communication and computer skills
  • Must have sound problem solving skills to effectively handle customer objections and questions
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more
  • Willingness to travel
  • Eagerness to grow your career with Unilock
