This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to take the next step in their career in the residential sector. With over 15 years of experience in custom homebuilding, our client company offers a supportive work environment and the chance to work on exciting projects that include $500,000 to 10M custom home projects from the ground up.

Residential remodeling, renovation, or reconstruction projects are not necessary, but are an added bonus

Position Responsibilities :

Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents

Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project budgets

Negotiate and secure favorable prices from suppliers and subcontractors

Monitor and track project costs, and adjust estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle

Position Essential Job Functions :

3 years of experience as a construction estimator in the residential sector

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and regulations

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Position Skills :

Proficiency in Procore software

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Software : Autodesk
