• Inspect homes for damage and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Create detailed estimates and proposals for our products and services.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Roofing Sales experience required!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and respectful attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and CRM software.
• Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders safely.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

This is a commission-based position with a draw against commission, offering six-figure earning potential.
