The Videographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and content teams to bring ideas to life through visually compelling videos for both external and internal audiences.

Essential Functions:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects including but not limited to promotional videos, product demonstrations, internal procedures/training videos, customer interviews/case studies, event coverage, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Execute all aspects of video production including planning, storyboarding, scripting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
  • Create and manipulate graphic animations, illustrations, images, and other visual elements using industry-standard design software.
  • Ensure that all video content maintains brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Manage video equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design assets, files, and resources for easy access and future reference

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5 years proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
  • Expert understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through video.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and video distribution channels.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred – Preferred major in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • This position is ON-SITE in our Franklin office.
  • Up to 5% travel may be required
  • Occasional filming on ladder heights up to 16ft
  • Activities include sitting, standing, lifting, reaching, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching, driving.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 40 pounds.
