Job Description:

We're searching for a talented Web Specialist proficient in creating and managing multiple WordPress websites simultaneously, with experience in front-end design, creating quality content, optimizing site speed performance, and ensuring seamless web operations. You'll be a pivotal part of the Premier Franchise Management Web Team, contributing to our dynamic web presence and exceptional user experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Employ best practices to enhance site speed and overall performance.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently brainstorm improvements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy updates.
• Maintain and update multiple sites, ensuring high performance, consistent branding, and user experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and performance metrics.
• Utilize excellent communication to work effectively within our creative team.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost our online visibility.
• Creating consistent, quality content for our websites.
• Uphold website security and compliance standards.
• Stay current with web design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency working with HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Experience with front-end design and optimizing website performance.
• Ability to work within various WordPress themes and plugins.
• Skilled in JavaScript and familiar with PHP and API development (bonus).
• Experience in building conversion-ready landing pages.
• Strong familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Organized, with a commitment to quality and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and website maintenance skills.
