EDI Integration Specialist

Job Description:

Interlink Commerce is seeking a highly skilled EDI Integration Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL expertise, a solid understanding of EDI processes, and some ERP knowledge. This role requires exceptional analytical abilities and the capability to work effectively with customers. Responsibilities:

- Manage EDI onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and data exchange between our systems and our customers’ systems.

- Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases to support EDI operations and customer needs.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their EDI requirements and provide data-driven solutions that enhance their business processes.

- Develop and maintain EDI mappings, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and support decision-making.

- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data sets to provide actionable insights to internal teams and customers.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.

- Participate in the design and implementation of database structures, data models, and ETL processes to improve data management and reporting capabilities.

- Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use EDI tools and interpret data insights.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EDI, data analytics, and SQL to continuously improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems ( SQL Server).

- Experience with EDI processes and standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT).

- Some knowledge of ERP systems and how they integrate with EDI (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Experience working with customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Must be located in the United States; applicants outside the United States will not be considered.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
