Job Title: Data Architect Location: Framingham, MA (Onsite from day 1, locals) Job Type: 6-12 month Contract Mandatory skills: Expertise in SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, Solace, Databricks, Data lakes / Data Marts, Informatica, Hadoop and Kafka.Job Description
- Expertise in SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, Solace, Databricks, Data lakes / Data Marts, Informatica, Hadoop and Kafka
- Primary responsibility is to provide guidance to the team on support and ensure no business interruptions
- Ensure proactively taking actions on monitoring , ticket reductions, avoiding p1/p2
- Drive the calls in case of any critical issues and communicate to all stakeholders
- From transformation or strategy standpoint, do analyze the enterprise tools from data standpoint and help customer as an advisor to take them into right direction
- Should be able to design Conceptual and Logical Data models
- Migrate data from Legacy systems to new solutions
- Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating with new elements
- Optimize new and current database systems
- Define security and backup procedures
- Support is the key for this role
- Proven work experience as a strong technical expert in Data and associated technologies
- Must have experience in migrating data from Legacy to new solutions
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles
- Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Proven Analytics and Problem Solving skills
- Should possess good Communication and should have experience in client facing role
- Should be based out of Boston, MA from day 1.
