Description

Our aerospace manufacturing client is looking for a UX / UI Designer to start this month, 40 hours per week, for at least 12 months.

MUST PROVIDE SaaS APPLICATION SAMPLES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

In this exciting new role, the UX / UI Designer will help plan and build an intuitive, elegant, proprietary, cloud-based, data analytics-focused SaaS application to support collaboration between the client and their highly confidential partners.

Working closely with the Head of Digital, product managers and developers, this high-level UX / UI Designer will own the process and deliver best-in-class user experience for this project.

UX / UI Designer Responsibilities

Collaborate, ideate, execute design solutions with product managers and developers

Design user interfaces and interactions for user testing and user research

Develop wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and clickable prototypes

Build out and maintain component library

Given sensitive data and limited user set, devise optimal way to gather user feedback metrics

Create and develop visual documentation to aid Product and Engineering collaborations

Design scalable design patterns and user flows to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback

Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices, ensuring a seamless user experience

Identify design problems in existing properties and devise elegant solutions

UX / UI Designer Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Strong portfolio with case studies, showing design and research process to final designs

Experience designing elegant, intuitive, user flows and UX designs for enterprise applications, not flat websites

Adobe XD preferred but Figma and similar welcome

Ability to collaborate and communicate EDT time zone

Proactive communicator, collaborator, problem-solver

Agile process and delivery
