Job Summary — This position is responsible for help desk support to Aptura Group and involving building, repairing, supporting, and tracking IT Assets. Full time in the office; 40 hours per week.
The Technology Analyst is responsible and accountable for:

• Help Desk Representative: provide users with ‘in-house’ help for all IT operations.
• Desktop Support: deliver basic tech support on various hardware and software issues
• Technical Support: build, repair, and support various types of PCs
• Tier 1 Specialist: first line of support for various technology issues.
• Mobile Management Support: basic troubleshooting and device management
• IT Analyst: analyzing and resolving standard everyday issues.

Essential Functions

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with an IT ticketing system and proper documentation of incidents and problems
• Experience with remote end user IT support
• Provide exceptional user support by having a professional and positive attitude.
• Follow established methods, procedures, and company policies
• Respond to disruptions of all critical systems in a timely and appropriate manner
• Tracking IT assets, writing and maintaining system documentation and policies
• Install and deploy hardware and software as necessary
• Technology adoption: support and adapt new technologies for company growth
• Participate in training and learning opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to move equipment from one place to another
• Able to install network cabling (ladder, lift truck, etc.)

Experience & Other RequirementsEducation: Preferred college degree
Experience: Prior computer support experience required
Knowledge: Basic PC and cell phone knowledge required
Skills: Strong verbal and written communications, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
