Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Caregiver to provide assistance with activities of daily living to individuals living in their private homes.

Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to assigned consumers including, but not limited to the following:
- Assistance with activities of daily living i.e. bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.
- Assist with ambulation or transfers, as applicable
- Assist with nutritional and dietary needs
- Essential household duties i.e. cooking, light cleaning, laundry
- Provide for safe and sanitary home environment
- Utilize basic infection control technique and procedures
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the Service Authorization and/or Care Plan
- Maintain consumer confidentiality
- Promote independent living philosophy
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English language
- Successful completion of the Direct Care Worker Competency orientation process
- Current CPR Card
- Current Health Screening (in accordance with state regulations)
