Role : Financial Business Analyst with ServiceNow Implementation

Location : Fort Washington, PA

Type : Long Term Contract

Job Description :

• Exp: 6 years; with experience working for a financial client in the past .

• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations;

• Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization;

• Should have Digital background.

• Knowledge of website and mobile platforms for
  eCommerce sites/apps, Portals, and/or CMS systems.

• Good knowledge of Web Development (HTML, Ajax,
  JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, REST, jQuery, AngularJS, Backbone.js CSS, Bootstrap)

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the design and development of client
  strategies around digital solutions.

• Capture user requirements and translate into
  business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries.

• Create well-articulated and specific functional
  documentation.

• Conduct user reviews and assist in the running
  of stakeholder meetings.

• Assist with the management of senior
  stakeholders.

• Understand and translate client needs into
  business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer
  digital journey and digital transformation.

• Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes to define
  system/technology/business requirements.

• Support the delivery of quality
  functional/application digital designs.

• Support the development and implementation of
  quality business digital solutions for the client and align delivery to
  business goals.

• Assist with proposal developments.

• Work in a fast growing and challenging
  environment with like-minded people who are eminent in their respective
  technical field;

• Develop solutions through collaboration and
  discussion, within our teams and with clients;

• Work with high profile clients on a variety of
  local and regional engagements.

• Take the challenges to conduct the R&D/POC
  on the new technologies;

• Contribute towards the technical design of
  technical solutions based on client requirements and other constraints;

• Perform software configuration, development,
  testing, implementation, maintenance support, user training, and prepare system
  documentation;

• Provide user and application support to clients,
  including troubleshooting, bug fixing, program enhancement and documentation;

• Participate in product design, technology
  research and development;

• Follow software engineering best practices and
  proper quality management in all work.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of website and mobile platforms for
  eCommerce sites/apps, Portals, and/or CMS systems.

• Good oral and written communication skills in
  both English and Cantonese.

• Good client management experience and able to
  deal with both business users and technical personnel.

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer
  Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience working on Mobile/ Multichannel
  projects a plus

Education: MS/ MBA or BS/B.Tech or post graduation in computer science or equivalent degree
