3Core Systems is looking for Release Train Engineer for one of our clients in Fort Washington, PA Onsite 2 days Hybrid.Job Title:- Release Train Engineer
Location: hybrid 2 days a week near Fort Washington, PA
Duration: 12 Month
Job Description:
- Financial Services industry.
- Must be Agile certified. Preferably SAFE agile.
- Facilitates program level processes and execution
- Drives continuous development
- Manages risks and escalates impediments
- The environment is a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- This is greenfield type of work
- The client does not have a SAFe environment in place, but working towards it
- The legacy environment was built ad hoc with software applications driving the thought process, I.E let us Salesforce for CRM.
- The "to be state is one where we are building platforms for entire business processes.
- We need to build the first phase and then continuously improve and innovate.
- Soft skills will matter in this role.
- Need someone that is a true leader and can be firm without being a bully.
