G.S. Gelato is a manufacturer of authentic Italian gelato, sorbet, and plant-based frozen desserts with national distribution in the foodservice and grocery/retail industries. G.S. Gelato is looking for a Quality Assurance Technicians to join our exciting growth!

Responsibilities include:

• Collect samples for customers.
• Work with QC team to communicate inspection results, answer questions, and send/order sampling supplies when necessary.
• Facilitate inspections to ensure products meet guidelines and regulations.

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to solve problems.
• Must be able and willing to commute to Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Evening Shift from 3pm to 11pm
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Sundays
