Selectek, Inc is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Fort Stewart, GA

needed for Army Barracks project in Fort Stewart, GA.
Pay Rate: $75k - $100kWork Hours: 7am – 4pmJob Duties:
  • Help to develop and support cost-effective plans and schedules for the completion of projects utilizing in-house or supplemented resources.
  • Help to assign subcontractors during the buyout.
  • Assist in building robust vendor/sub relationships.
  • Help to administer construction contracts and ancillary requirements.
  • Assist setup of Subs for success.
  • Supervising Field Staff, reviewing their progress, troubleshooting reported difficulties, and correcting reported deficiencies through quality acceptance.
  • Assist in reports to clients in weekly and bi-weekly progress meetings or as required for government or private clients.
  • Reports weekly to senior construction leadership on the status of projects.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience primarily in vertical, non-residential construction with demonstrated expertise in understanding the Design/Build or the Design-Bid-Build delivery models (one or both.)
  • Graduate of a four-year degree program in construction management or building construction science or equivalent 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of collaborative management software, financial systems, construction contract administration, or some related IT-integrated PM solution (current or recent) is typical for a candidate.
Preferred:
  • Experience in construction projects under the US Army Corps of Engineers is highly desired.
