We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for amazingly talented Program Analysts at a variety of levels to join our team! What You'll Be Doing: Planning and controlling administrative functions of assigned projects Reviewing, submitting, and tracking project deliverables/status Identifying project risks or timeline delays Coordinating with corporate support functions to ensure successful project execution Assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in capturing contract level metrics to include but not limited to: accomplishments, schedules, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback Developing in-depth knowledge of relevant policies and procedures Mobilizing company resources to support project teams Working with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to document plans for the various elements of each project; tracking whether or not the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans Traveling is not anticipated at this time What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience Extreme attention to detail Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Adobe PRO Ability to brief project leadership on project status, milestones, and/or challenges Strong writing and communication skills Ability to pivot across multiple projects and prioritize workload accordingly Active Top Secret security clearance Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
