We are looking for a general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. We provide health insurance, in house dental benefits, paid time off, and a 401K with an employer match. Our office is privately owned and equipped with state-of-the-art technology- including 3D scanner, CBCT, pano, digital xrays, and intraoral cameras. We take limited PPO insurance plans with high reimbursement rates. Our team is energetic and fun, and our workplace is built on the foundation of trust and respect for one another.

General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Fixing or removing damaged teeth
  • Filling cavities
  • Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health
  • Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
  • Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
  • Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
  • Measuring and fitting dental appliances
  • Referring patients to a specialist if needed

General Dentist Skills & Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A state of Florida license to practice dentistry
  • Patience when dealing with patients
  • Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work with hands in small spaces
  • Good problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $188,874.13 - $227,461.31 per year
