Position : Client Care Advocate

United Trades of America is seeking someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and work in a CLIENT FACING ROLE WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY .

The ideal candidate would have some background related to customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and via various communication channels.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
• Utilize basic computer skills for administrative tasks and to access necessary information.
• Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications :

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Basic computer skills required for administrative tasks and communication.
• Aptitude for learning about the construction industry and company products / services.
• Reliable transportation for client visits and travel as necessary.
• Solid work ethic and willingness to contribute to the success of the team.
• Background in customer service or related field preferred.
