Kearns Restaurant Group specializes in concept, design, management and daily operations of restaurants, bars and night clubs in Southwest Florida. With over 50 years of combined experience, Kearns Restaurant Group provides exemplary quality in all areas from inception to completion of all projects. We currently manage 8 restaurants, each with unique concepts: Capone's Coal Fired Pizza; Cabos Cantina Taco & Tequila Bar; The Lodge; The Firestone Grill Room, Martini Bar & Skybar; Izzy's Fish & Oyster; Downtown Social House; and two Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill's. Kearns Restaurant Group is also the original creators of Ford's Garage.

We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media content creator to work both in our corporate office in downtown Fort Myers & on-site in our 8 restaurant concepts. Reliable transportation is required. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Digital Content Manager. Hourly position starts at $18 per hour, 20 hours per week. Social Media management experience required. Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred. Can grow into full time position with benefits for committed qualified hires. Resume & portfolio required. Looking to hire immediately.

Duties:

• (10 hrs/w) In – Store – Mon-Sat Rotating Schedule
• Gather unique, high-quality content for social media, to include taking photos, videos, etc. for posts, reels & stories.
• (10 hrs/w) In-Office – Mon/Tue
• Assist in day-to-day posting and scheduling across social media channels for multiple restaurant concepts.
• Assist in editing photo & video content formatted for social media.
• Assist in engagements (likes, follows, comments, etc.)

• Familiarity with Facebook & Instagram, including the management platform, algorithms, and boosting.
• Understanding of Visual Aesthetics & Photography.
• Experience with content creation.
• Creative Writing Skills.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Has an up-to-date smartphone for content generation.
• SLR Camera is a bonus.
