E-Books Handler II

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development.

Includes sorting, packing and storing books and media as well as operating a forklift.

Required Experience : High School graduate or its equivalent preferred. Experience in warehouse operations preferred. Forklift experience preferred.

Required skills : Passes all OSHA standards for proper use / operation of forklift and obtains certification. Operates forklift in the facility and dock to load / unload trucks and organize materials to their respective designated locations.

Requires ability to stack / unstuck materials safely. Must have s ufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean, kneel or bend.

Ability to lift forty (40) pounds. In-depth knowledge of book, media and art categories. Knowledge of best-selling authors and artists.

Ability to use computer to generate description cards and research, work independently with little or no supervision and work a flexible schedule.
