• Completion of all virtual training before start date (will be compensated)
• Works with FM to lead the team each day with energy and passion!
• Works collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency
• Maintains a safe, fun, and clean facility
• Executes and manages the ISI sales process
• Ensures the proper onboarding of all new ISI members
• Makes sure the facility has an ELITE and consistent member experience
• Manages and participates in events including marketing events
• Motivates Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility
• Provides clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and managing all facility staff
• Helps to plan and execute the studio’s daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
• Takes direction from FM to facilitate facility growth and retention with KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis
• Minimum 30 hours per week in facility
• Minimum 2 weekend per month in facility
• Minimum 1 pop event per month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
