Onward Search is Hiring a Photography Manager [74919] Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Onward Search is looking to hire a Regional Photography Manager to join a global real estate leader on a mission to digitize the world's properties.
This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL -- you'll lead a team of 8-10 photographers - delivering high-quality media including virtual tours, floor plans, and photography.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of photographers, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to standards.
- Implement efficient workflows, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Review performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Coach team members on technology, techniques, and procedures.
- Handle technical issues related to equipment and software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Travel within your region and occasionally to Richmond, VA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 years’ operations management experience, remote management required.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service dedication.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
- Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
