We are a dental company providing dental care in nursing homes throughout the state of Florida. We are looking for a Patient Care Advocate (PCA). A PCA’s role is to travel to nursing home facilities that the company services to build relationships with the staff and the residents so they can understand and utilize the dental benefits we can offer them. As a PCA, you will act as a liaison for our customers to our clinical staff and back office. To be a PCA, you need to be patient, empathetic, and communicative. In this position, you will be making outgoing calls and sending many emails.
This position is on the east coast of Florida. It will cover as far south as Homestead, as far north as Port St. Lucie.
