Job Description :
As a CSR with recruiting and dispatching responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, filling clients' requests, providing top-notch service and support.
Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting new team members and ensuring efficient dispatch of our services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and provide information about our products and services
- Assist in recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Dispatch service requests to appropriate team members and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Proven experience in customer service, recruiting, or dispatching roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
