Tax Return Preparer

Hours:

Main Tax Season - January 1st thru April 15th

~20-40 hours per week

Salary:

Commensurate with experience

Duties:

--Business tax preparation (1120s/1065)

-- Individual tax preparation (1040)

--Quick learner able to manage multiple projects and interruptions

--At ease working under deadline

--Must be outgoing, personable, have excellent oral and written skills, and exceptional attention to detail

Additional Requirements Appreciated:

At least three years’ experience with the following:

--Client and time management databases

--QuickBooks

--Microsoft Office Professional Suite: especially Word and Excel

--Payroll & Bookkeeping Software

--ProSystem Tax, Lacerte and/or other tax prep software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
