SummaryAll Native Group is seeking to fill the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager will integrate and coordinate all activity needed to comply with contract requirements. The Program Manager is a SME, fully empowered with delegated corporate contracting authority to make decisions to effectively lead the project team.
Essential Functions
  • Primary POC for technical communications, prioritization of effort, team standardization and technical direction flow between the government and contractor.
  • Planning and resource management-extended services, holiday support, and mission essential contractor services.
  • Overall responsibility for the site’s quality control (QC), and TB MED 530 compliance.
  • Has ultimate responsibility for security, key control, and GFP, facilities, and services-property accountability and management, notifying the COR with two (2) hours of determination missing or damaged real property.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position requires the ability to supervise contract professional and administrative staff.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years' management experience
  • At least three (3) years' specific management experience in managing cafeteria style or multi-entree ooperations providing complete meal service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
  • Shall have and maintain a current (within the last five years) Food Protection Manager Certificate (i.e Serv Safe), as defined in Tri Service Food Code (TB MED 530)
  • Exceptional Organizational skills, time management
  • Familiar with Army Shstems (i.e. Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and Over The Counter Network (OTC Net).
  • Exceptional Oral and written communication skills
  • Program / Project Management skills are a must – formal training / education is desired.
  • Experience and/or in-depth knowledge of / familiarity with military terms and concepts.
  • Leadership skills
  • Organizational skills, formal training, and education in program/project management (PMP or equivalent training and/or combination of education and training is desired), previous program/project management experience is required, preferably in a military training and/or logistics environment.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree desired

  • Military background, preferably in training, logistics, project management
