**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and blueprint reading. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion - Coordinate and oversee construction workers and subcontractors - Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and schematics - Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets - Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Communicate project progress to stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers - Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred - Proven experience in construction project management - Proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other construction management software - Strong understanding of construction estimating and project scheduling - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,770.00 - $94,819.00 per year
