We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and licensed HVAC Installation Technician to join our company. You'll be responsible for visiting homes, assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to install a variety of HVAC equipment.

You’ll also be asked to install heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose all equipment, and is an effective problem solver and communicator.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on how to properly maintain their new equipment
• Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
• Install a variety of heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks
• Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures

Qualifications :

• Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring
• Candidate is comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
• Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
• Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses
• Must have a Valid Drivers License and good driving record
• Must have 5 years of Lead Install experience
