Aloft Healthcare Inc. is looking for a caring, dynamic and motivated Direct support professional/Caregiver/Staff to assist individuals with developmental disability in their home settings.

Qualifications: Successful candidates must be BOTH CMT and CNA licensed to practice in the state of Maryland, with experience in TOTAL CARE assisting individuals with ADL and companionship. Successful candidates should be able to use HOYER LIFT. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate clearly in English language.

Duties: Duties include but are not limited to 1. Assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL). 2.Keeping individuals company 3. Assisting individuals with their medications 4.Assisting individuals with feeding and any other suppport/ services assigned that will help improve the quality of lives of the individuals under our care

Other Requirements: Candidates applying for this position must have valid driver's license and personal means of transportation. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Current background check is required.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
