Penn Hills Leasing is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Forest, PA
We are hiring a handyman for apartment repair work in and around Forest Hills/North Versailles. We are an established company in business for over 40 years, with room for growth.
This is a full time job with some overtime on weekends when needed.
Typical work includes:
- Installing/repairing faucets, diverters and traps
- Light appliance repair
- Getting apartments ready for the next tenant
- Repairing/Replacing switches and outlets
- Operating a snake to unclog drains
- Changing light fixtures
- Light carpentry and painting
- Groundskeeping
- Other reasonable jobs related to the apartment buildings
We supply all tools, though you must have your own reliable work vehicle/car.
We offer participation in our health benefits, paid holidays and vacations and 401K.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
