PDS Transportation is Hiring a Billing Clerk Near Forest, IL

This position requires effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any invoice-related issues.

Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Posting daily sales into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and classification.
  • Reconciling discrepancies between invoices, orders, and additional add-ons, working closely with internal departments and vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Performing daily invoicing/billing activities to support the business.
  • Processing daily PO’s
  • Accurately posting payables.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in billing records.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to address any billing issues.
  • Providing clarification and assistance on billing-related questions.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Must be Process Improvement minded:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement in billing procedures.

Implementing efficiency-enhancing measures to streamline billing operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
