Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction tasks related to concrete finishing and possess a keen eye for detail.
Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces
- Utilize tools and equipment to create desired finishes on concrete surfaces
- Work with blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement and finishing
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to meet project specifications
Skills:
- Experience in concrete forming and finishing
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for accurate project execution
- Knowledge of renovating and remodeling techniques
- Familiarity with trim carpentry for precise finishing touches
- Ability to work with flooring installation processes
- Understanding of hardscape and masonry principles
- Carpentry skills to complement concrete finishing tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.55 - $25.96 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
