Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide a positive experience
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
• Utilize product knowledge to showcase features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Make 80-100 calls each day unless traveling for sales purposes
• Travel when requested by management with a team or by yourself
• Maintain accounts and relationships with clients, providing support when needed
• Aquire new accounts
• Maintain and update leads in our CRM software, maintain customer info in our invoicing software, and keep track of commisions
• Meet minimum KPIs on a daily/monthly basis

Skills:

- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Experience in wireless sales preferred
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Strong background in retail sales techniques
- Skill in upselling to increase revenue
- Familiarity with sales trends
- Basic math skills for calculations

Pay:

Minimum wage with a 5% sales commission
