Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide information about merchandise to customers.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area and keep track of inventory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide assistance.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
