Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher(Mandarin native) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow. Teaching Mandarin classes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the educational development of young learners.

Qualifications

•Full professional fluency in English and Chinese

•Experience working with elementary students (e.g. assistant teacher, camp counselor, or related role)

•Curiosity and humility, to reflect, welcome feedback, and continually grow in teaching practice

•Bachelor's degree

Duties:
- Support the other lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities

- Teaching Mandarin courses to learners
- Provide care and support for students in classroom setting
- Assist in curriculum development and implementation
- Work with students to ensure their educational needs are met
- Foster literacy education and childhood development through interactive learning experiences

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and mandarin teaching
- Ability to collaborate with lead teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development
