A Boutique Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual (Chinese and English) Real Estate Associate who will focus on real estate transactions and housing court practices.

Responsibilities for the Associate include but are not limited to:

· Responsible for various aspects of residential & commercial real estate transactions

· Contract drafting, review and negotiation

· Title review and clearance

· Landlord Tenant dispute negotiations

· Housing Court appearances

· Commercial lease review and negotiation

· Training will be provided

Requirements for the Associate include:

· Bilingual Chinese and English required

· Buy/sell transactional experience or Housing Court appearances in New York strongly preferred

· Admission, in good standing or admission expected to New York State bar

· Exceptional organization, writing and communication skills

· Good organizational skills; detail-oriented. Good interpersonal skills; multitasking
