Responsibilities: most be able to speak English and Korean
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with medical staff for patient referrals and follow-ups
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
-must be able to speak Korean and English
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and electronic medical record (EMR) software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
