Job DescriptionCompany DescriptionISO – LTL Freight Representative looking to move and grow an established book of business. MountainMovers Transportation & Logistics is a fast paced, rapidly growing freight transportation company based in Flower Mound, TX. We are committed to delivering personalized service and exceptional customer care for all transportation and logistics needs. We have a full cross-dock facility, offering warehousing and a full LTL schedule to customers. With a dedication to service and a straightforward approach, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient transportation experience.
At MMTL we recognized that a significant number of customers shipping LTL freight have become exhausted by the lack of personalized service and care from the standard LTL carriers in the marketplace. If you are a high producing Account Executive in the LTL industry, you are also familiar with the same frustrations and struggles your customers face and would love a better option to give them for ALL transportation needs. Even better, at MMTL there is not a complex equation to determine commission, unlike most LTL carriers, additionally – there is NO CAP! Let’s be honest; sales is a hard job, but with unlimited earning potential it definitely makes daily struggles easier. Role DescriptionLooking for a seasoned sales professional with a book of business. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be expected to meet with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Responsibilities include traveling to assigned territories, generating leads, providing accurate information on our services, negotiating contracts, and providing stellar customer service.
Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in LTL/Transportation sales required.
  • Thorough knowledge of transportation industry logistics and LTL freight movement.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate competence in conflict management, problem-solving, decision making and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a must.
  • Team player, who will jump in to ensure the company meets all deadlines for the day and a "whatever it takes" attitude to complete the job for all customers.
  • Willingness to use the company provided CRM tool in the field as a daily requirement
Job perks
  • Car allowance and Company paid cell phone.
  • Base pay plus monthly commission.
  • Unlimited earning potential – NO CAP!
  • After your monthly minimum of gross profit is met, we pay 10% commission on the gross profit, with no ceiling!
  • Weekly pay.
  • Eligible for Benefits 60 days after first day of employment.
  • 401k eligible after 6 months of employment with company match up to 4% and automatically vested.
