- 2024/25 School Year (August 2024 - May 2025)
- North St. Louis County, MO
- 8 am - 4pm, Monday - Friday, 36-40 hours/week
- Full Benefits Offered
- MO Registered Nurse License Required
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesUtilizes the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate student’s care needs
Demonstrates on each assignment the provision of skill nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders/IHP
Performs interventions, treatments and medications administration according to the identified priorities as outlined in the IHP
Monitors and documents effectiveness of interventions, treatments and medications
Completes documentation per client expectations
Coordinates and facilitates services as requested between the school, local health agencies and other community resources to meet the needs of the student
Communicates with the school district personnel about student’s plan of care/IHP
