Join our client as the Regional Director, where you'll spearhead the dynamic operations of the branches within your designated territory. Your impact will extend across the region's financial performance, ensuring robust P&L management. Elevating customer and employee satisfaction will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, alongside optimizing departmental operations within branch locations.

As a pivotal member of the team, you'll collaborate with other members of leadership to shape the trajectory of the company, crafting policies that drive success. Your leadership will ensure seamless alignment and consistent application of company directives throughout the region, fostering synergy with the overarching organizational goals.

Job Details

• Work with the ELT to establish company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that will be applied in the region and the company as a whole.
• Oversee the other managers of the region to ensure that company practices, policies, procedures, and performance are consistent across the region.
• Ensure that employees of the region are performing safely and that all tools they need to do so are known and supplied.
• Ensure that branches and departments within branches work cooperatively throughout an office, the region, and the company as a whole.
• Work with customers and staff alike to make sure there is alignment in activities and that the company is delivering products and services that create positive customer experience.
• Implement and review consistent KPIs that ensure financial and satisfaction targets are met.
• Work with the sales team to establish budgets for the region.
• Work with the sales team to ensure operations within the region align with the products and services offered.
• Develop and implement growth plans for the region.
• Report monthly to ELT and possibly the board of directors on the performance of the region, including, but not limited to, safety issues, financial performance, sales projections, and HR matters.

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Florida
• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive Petroleum and/or Commercial Construction Industry experience
• Has had managerial responsibility for a team of 60 or more people
• Oversee Multi-Site Operations
• Operational and Sales background is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding and responsibility of divisional income statement
