Business Debt Adjusters is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Rep (Call Center - Remote)

As our newest Call Center Rep, you will qualify struggling businesses for our hardship relief program. We are not a debt collection agency. Small business owners hire us to negotiate and restructure their unsettled high balances.

What we offer:
- Paid training $300 after first week
- Weekly pay

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 38hr/week (9am-6pm M-T, 9am-4pm F EST)
  • Must have a desktop or laptop that runs windows operating system
  • Must have reliable internet connections

Compensation Structure:

Training: $300first week only.

Payout: After the client's file closes you receive .5% of the total debt enrolled. The average deal size is $100K. That would yield a $500 payout.

Bonus: Receive an additional $200 for every deal closed, $50 per transfer, $200 for 10 transfer per week, and $250/300 talk time bonus. Bonuses are paid out weekly.

Income potential: 5closed deals for the month at an average debt enrolled of 100K will yield a total monthly income of $2,500 (does not include bonuses).

My top reps are closing 8-10 deals per month, the average for the office is 6 deals closed.
