The Opportunity

  • Forge new paths by identifying untapped opportunities and conducting in-depth discovery within the higher education space.
  • Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities through outbound programs.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns, webinars and events to drive new opportunities.
  • Present account demonstrations unique to each prospect’s needs.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to deeply understand client needs and align HR Acuity’s offerings to their unique challenges.
  • Navigate the Sales Cycle with finesse, coordinating cross-functional support and ensuring seamless follow-ups and resource allocation.
  • Master your sales pipeline, ensuring forecasts are both timely and precise.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline that reflects the quality and integrity of our solutions.
  • Confidently articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their transformative potential.

Qualifications

SKills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience achieving sales goals with a SaaS solution, with at least 2 years in selling into higher education.
  • A proven track record of driving sales and significantly surpassing revenue targets.
  • An innate ability to rapidly construct a prospect pipeline and broaden your professional network.
  • Consistent attainment of sales quotas/goals.
  • Proficiency in customer-centric/solution selling techniques, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Prior experience in selling to state and local HR departments will be considered an asset.

We are headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. This role is remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs.

Perks and Benefits

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $200,000 to $220,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
