Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator must be team oriented, proactive, and goal driven. This position will work daily with customers and employees to efficiently coordinate and schedule daily and callout work as well as maintain scheduled maintenance of fleet trucks and employee tools and equipment. Will use independence and judgment to recognize and resolve problems within established policies and procedures and is accountable for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of own work.

Responsibilities:

• Working with multiple types of devices commonly used in our line of work;
• Build and maintain technician’s monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual schedules;
• Plan/Schedule short notice callout work for customers;
• Work closely with technicians to provide the proper manpower for the job task;
• Coordinate fleet trucks, tools, and equipment repairs and replacement;
• Create POs to purchase new tools and equipment as needed;
• Work closely with customers on any field technician issues or concerns;
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Work very fluently with Microsoft Office, excel, word, outlook, etc.;
• Experienced in oil field related pace of work and demand.
• Must be able to safely operate company vehicles.

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Relocation:

This position is not eligible for relocation.

Travel Requirements:

This position does require local travel.

Work Schedule:

This position will work 8 hours, Monday-Friday in the Floresville, TX Office. This position is subject to overtime availability to meet deadlines.
