FPC of Hendersonville is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer for a Plant Engineering Manager role to oversee the maintenance team, manage KPIs, and serve as a critical liaison between corporate and site operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Maintenance Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Collaborate closely with the current Plant Manager to understand and contribute to strategic site goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and the site for the installation of a second manufacturing line.
• Focus on KPIs related to operational efficiency, downtime reduction, and cost management.
• Manage capital expenditure projects from proposal through validation and completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• Maintenance management, project management, and process engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
• 2-3 years of management experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black belt preferred
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required
