We are looking to add a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) performing the duties of a bank teller to our team. This position would be located at our Florence Branch at 8545 US 42 in Florence, KY. Interested candidates should possess the following characteristics and skills:

- Strong background in banking, financial services, and cash handling preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in basic math and financial transactions, including debits and credits
- Experience in fraud prevention and detection is a plus
- Ability to handle cash management and operate cash registers effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail math and 10 key typing is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or upselling is an advantage
- Certification in financial services or related field is a bonus

- Dependable and on time

- Displays a professional image

Work Schedule is as follows:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Off at least every other Saturday and Wednesday.
