We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a chiropractic clinic setting. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vitals and documenting medical history
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments, following established protocols
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
