How our teachers spend their days:
  • Warmly greeting each student and their family by welcoming them into their classroom. Teachers are encouraged to build individualized relationships with their students and meeting their needs by creating fun lessons and activities that cater to their growth in social, emotional, physical, and academic ways.
  • Being prepared for all the fun you have planned for the day. Our teachers are given scheduled prep time out of the classroom to cultivate engaging lessons and activities using the Creative Curriculum that is implemented school-wide. Need inspiration? We have all the supplies you need to create that activity you saw online!
  • Your bright and cheery class will set the tone for a positive day. Start your morning off with a morning meeting to discuss your “itinerary of fun” with your class. Make sure you warm up those pipes on the way to school, because we want to hear you sing loud and proud when you sing-a-long with your class. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you the days of the week song!
  • Getting messy! Whether it’s in your class, on the playground, or in our brand new outdoor classroom and sport court, teachers are encouraged to get their hands dirty when leading by example. We want to see you finger paint and play soccer with your little learners! Children thrive in a safe and fun environment where they can play along with their teachers.
  • Work as a team. Together, anything is possible. Our administration encourages and promotes growth within our school, and we are ready to help you make your dreams come true! If working with young children is your calling, we are ready to make this a career for you!
