Job Overview:
We are seeking a new front desk agent to join our team at the Fairfield by Marriott Flagstaff East location. At the front desk, the primary focus of the job is creating a seamless and pleasant guest experience through adherence to Marriott International's standards. Building skills in customer service, crisis management, cross department communication, and collaboration are important to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Experience:
- Prior experience in hotels is preferred, but not required
- Strong background in guest services is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service practices
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
