We are a thriving, private pediatric dental practice with offices in New Castle and Anderson, Indiana. We are at the forefront of dental technology, utilizing a completely paperless system, advanced digital tools like digital x-rays, CBCT, 3D printing, and pioneering AI healthcare solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic general dentist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in a state-of-the-art practice where patient care is our top priority. Prior experience in Pediatric Dentistry is not required, as we offer comprehensive training and mentorship from our experienced owner dentist. Please note that the selected candidate would be required to work in both New Castle and Anderson offices as demanded by the schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive oral healthcare services for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Perform preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and oral hygiene education.
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and developmental issues.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
  • Current Indiana dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and their parents.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care.
  • We welcome applicants of all experience levels, including recent graduates.

Benefits:

  • Competitive earnings: Potential to earn $200,000 - $350,000 per year. There is no upside limit to the earnings potential - the compensation will be directly tied to the earnings based on the dentist's job. The salary range given here is extremely conservative and can be easily exceeded.
  • Daily guarantee of $600-$750 depending on experience for a pre-determined period at the beginning of the employment.
  • Up to 2 weeks of paid time off per year.

Note about Work Visa/Authorization: We would be happy to sponsor a work visa for recent graduate as well, we welcome dental school students from domestic and international programs who recently graduate or will be graduating in 2024.
